Careful What You Wish For!

A lil'smile
Another action packed weekend. Big family dinner out on Friday night...of course, E only got fussy once the food came. Saturday, Lisa and I took BABY SIGNS - a modified sign language class geared for communicating with 0-2 year olds. We know, we know. It's a little early for E to learn, but we wanted to start mastering it for ourselves before we start teaching him. Anyway, it was a lot of fun and we're slowly beginning to learn all the gestures. That night, Uncle Bri came over for some steaks and the Giants game. Besides church and coffee, we spent most of Sunday at a good friend's Birthday BBQ. It was a beautiful day out, the food was awesome, and the company was great.

E hit another record sleep Friday night: 7 HOURS! One of my "favorite" moments of the weekend was on Saturday night as we're going to bed, Lisa said, "I'm a little sad now that it seems he's outgrowing one of the middle of the night feedings." My response: "Be careful what you wish for."

That night, E was up every 3 hours!

Lisa must've taken her wish back though, because the lil'man is clocking about 6 hour chunks again. Though it's good to know that he's listening to and obeying his mommy.
