Almost Walking!

Howdy!

E is quickly approaching walking and can now take a few stumbling steps between people, can "cruise" from room to room, and takes much more daring leaps between walls/couches (also translates into more spills). For a potty-time update: He's only had three dirty diapers in the last dozen days, the rest of the time we've (mostly Opa) gotten him to the seat on time. This is definitely a habit I'm getting used to. And he's officially in his second stage car seat.

The last week was moderately busy. On Thursday night, E and I visited some of my author friends' book signing party in San Jose. The weekend was spent working, doing chores, visiting friends (E had a blast with the Infelises and the Swensens), and playing with more birthday presents. He got his blood drawn on Saturday for a routine checkup and--poor guy--it took about five jabs to get the right spot. I wasn't there, but Lisa said it was tough.
