Dear (not so) lil' J!
Sorry this is posting a tad late -- things have been crazy. Either way, we can't believe that 5 years ago what we thought was an innocent trip to Home Depot turned into one of the most memorable & wonderful experiences of our lives.
You've become such an amazing girl, chocked full of compassion, sass, and helpfulness. You're already showing your mom's intelligence and work ethic. We love your silliness. And you always, always know when Daddy needs one of your signature "best hugs in the world". You're the best dog-sister that Bailey, Dante, and Belle could ask for -- always petting and hugging them is heart-melting. You get along with everyone, even if you're the teeniest bit shy at first. You are insanely brave when it comes to gymnastics, roller coasters, swimming, zip-lining, soccer, camping, or any of the other crazy things this family does -- you don't bat an eye at getting a shot or giving blood. Except you are still terrified (or at least very, very stubborn) at trying fruit.
J, we're so lucky to have you in our lives. These last 5 years have been so amazing, and we can't wait to see what's next!
